Emjay Founder and Managing Director Mario Cuenca, said this announcement, being the purchase of shares by respective family members, represented an exciting period of generational change in the business, which commenced operations in 1986.

“This is a great day for Emjay. As the Founder of this great 37-year old Company, I have long-planned that my family would one-day, enter and then continue building the business. That’s why we have secured this opportunity to enable our next generation to become key shareholders and play a role in driving growth across our business and continue its legacy for many generations to come,” Mario Cuenca said today.

“We are looking forward to continue working with the Emjay Board, Management and all our staff, to continue to grow our business whilst empowering our clients to embrace risk now and into the future.”
