Big Cut crisps are made with unpeeled golden potatoes that are sliced thicker and hand-cooked low and slow to produce a bigger crunch with a hint of fluffy in the middle.
This latest innovation by Proper Crisps, Australasian artisanal crisp maker, guarantees a bigger, more satisfying crunch in four mouth-watering flavours: Marlborough Sea Salt, Cracked Pepper, Dill Pickle & Cider Vinegar, and Smoked Paprika. Each flavour promises to deliver a unique and delicious taste experience that will keep customers coming back for more.
Cooked by people, not machines, Proper Crisps is dedicated to elevating snacking one crisp at a time. Unable to source Agria Potatoes in Australia, Proper set up a seed program to develop their very own unique golden potato, grown locally and hand-selected for perfection, with every batch of seasoning made in-house, from scratch.

Marlborough Sea Salt
Our thickly cut golden potatoes are dusted in finely ground Marlborough Sea Salt, harvested from Lake Grasmere, coating each crisp like sea spray for a BIGGER flavour.
Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt
Our thickly cut golden potatoes are dusted with a proper touch of Marlborough Sea Salt and a colourful blend of freshly cracked (in our Proper Seasoning room) rainbow peppercorns for a BIG peppery flavour.
Dill Pickle & Apple Cider Vinegar
Another straight from our own seasoning room. Our thickly cut golden potatoes are dusted with zingy Cider Vinegar for a lip-puckering tang, a hint of Dill and subtle pickling herbs. We think they are a dill-iciously BIG flavour.
Smoked Paprika
Our thickly cut golden potatoes are dusted with a sweet smoked Paprika, grown on the hills of Spain and smoked with oak wood for a truly unique tapas-inspired BIG flavour.
