INTRODUCING OUR SAGE TELEHEALTH SERVICES

Our Sage - a digital-first primary healthcare ecosystem

In a commitment to making a difference to Australian healthcare, Cornerstone Health introduces their newest healthcare service – Our Sage telehealth services.

Over the last two years, telehealth has been used by many Australians and is an accepted part of our healthcare system. Telehealth allows people to stay at home and still get care when they are unwell while also providing easier access to healthcare for people who are not able to easily attend a face to face consultation. Our Sage will provide access to telehealth services from 7am to 11pm (AET) Australia-wide, every day of the year.

Cornerstone Health is uncompromising in putting patients at the heart of all they do. With this philosophy, Our Sage’s mission is to improve virtual patient care in Australia. The best form of general practice is face to face, however for when an in-person consult is not available, Our Sage is the next best alternative.

Our Sage will take the same patient-focused approach that Cornerstone Health’s network of medical centres, Our Medical, is known for, and bring this online. The network of Our Sage doctors are all registered, experienced GPs operating to RACGP standards and guidelines.

Today’s virtual care trend is being exploited by online pharmacies, to sell discretionary “healthcare“ products, focusing on issues such as hair loss and erectile disfunction. At Our Sage, our focus is squarely on healthcare provided by real General Practitioners to patients - when they cannot get access to a face to face consult with their usual general practitioner. Our Sage is a digital platform offering a range of primary healthcare services, quality care in accordance with RACGP standards and guidelines.

Cornerstone Health CEO and Founder, Henry Bateman

All Our Sage telehealth consultations are privately charged for Medicare and non-Medicare card holders. The standard fee is $45 for consults up to 15 minutes.

Along with access to General Practitioners via remote consultations, Our Sage telehealth consultations can also help patients with:

  • Online medical certificates
  • Online prescriptions
  • Online pathology or radiology requests and specialist referrals

Patients can join the queue for a telehealth consult via the Our Sage app or website. Further information can be found at oursage.com.au

Our Sage is dedicated to improving access to exceptional healthcare for every Australian and closing the gap between the quality of patient care provided in person and online.
