Loyal Lithium Limited (ASX: LLI) (Loyal or the Company) is pleased to welcome Eileen Marlowe to the team as the Land & Community Manager.
Ms Marlowe, an Akaitcho Dene woman from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories (NWT), brings with her a wealth of experience in Indigenous and public relations, and strategic communication management. Her appointment demonstrates Loyal Lithium’s intent to foster and establish strong connections and relationships with the land and communities within the Akaitcho Territory of Yellowknife, NWT. This will assist in the responsible and sustainable exploration and development of the Company’s recently acquired Hidden Lake Lithium Project.
Ms Marlowe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Communications (BAPC) from Royal Roads University and a Master's degree in Communication Management (MCM) from McMaster University. With over 25 years of experience, she has held various positions within government, as well as both non governmental and Indigenous organisations. Her career has seen her actively engage in policy initiatives that required collaboration between Indigenous
governments and organisations, territorial and provincial governments, non-governmental organisations, and industry.

Her expertise extends beyond providing an Indigenous perspective, with her unique background combining operational, corporate, and technical experience, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the field. She advocates for Indigenous inclusion in policy development and major project considerations in the NWT.
Recognising the critical importance of Indigenous engagement, strategic communications, and cultural awareness within the environmental and regulatory system, Ms Marlowe is dedicated to establishing meaningful relationships.
By bringing her valuable knowledge to the management table, she ensures that Indigenous perspectives are not only heard but also respected in the decision-making processes.
