Be you literary, wine or food buff, mark your diary for August 9, because this is the evening Bacchus Restaurant will host the Brisbane launch of the new must-read for Australian wine enthusiasts, How to Drink Australian by acclaimed authors, Jane Lopes and Jonathan Ross.  The wine dinner and Brisbane launch event features a custom-created and regionally matched menu by Bacchus Chef de Cuisine Manuele Erriu, with paired wines (of course!), and commentary by the host and authors themselves as they share highlights from their new book.
