The Melbourne-based role forms a key part of AltX’s national Investor Relations team, reinforcing AltX’s ongoing commitment to deliver curated and vetted first mortgage investment opportunities to wholesale investors.

Wallace will provide a point of contact on the ground, working face-to-face with prospective and current wholesale investors, understanding their needs and drivers and helping them diversify their portfolios.

“Greg is an outstanding choice for this role. He has extensive knowledge in this space and will be of immense benefit to our investor base in Victoria.” says Steven Beinart, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of AltX.

With more than three decades of experience in fund management and real estate investments, Wallace will play a pivotal role in driving AltX’s commitment to wholesale investors in Victoria.

On joining AltX, Wallace says, “I’m delighted to join AltX which has an established reputation and strong track record. I genuinely believe private real estate debt is an investment product that provides clients with a powerful way to diversify their portfolios. I’m really looking forward to nurturing and growing AltX’s investor base in Victoria.”

This appointment is the latest in a series of developments for the alternative investment platform, having appointed Martin Lewis as Head of Investor Relations earlier this year.

“The AltX business has grown substantially in recent years and we are proud of our 100% track record, since inception, of delivering capital preservation and payment of interest to our investors. Growing our Investor Relations team across the country will be of immense benefit to our investors and business,” believes Beinart.
