High protein foods Australians should try as new data reveals 6,000 people a month are searching ‘strength training’

With 6,000 Australians searching for ‘strength training’ in the last month, ready-made meal delivery company YouFoodz shares the importance of a high protein diet for strength training, and what foods include the protein you need.

 

Each month ‘high protein’ receives 21,000 searches in Australia and ‘high protein foods’ receives 4,000. Additionally, people searching for ‘easy high protein meals’ are up 40% in the last month alone.
