The rate at which homelessness is growing is a national catastrophe.

 

This Homelessness Week (7-13 August 2023) wayss and the City of Greater Dandenong are hosting an event in Harmony Square to raise awareness of these important issues.

 

Melbourne’s culturally diverse Southeast has one of the largest and fastest growing communities of people experiencing homelessness.  We invite you hear leading voices and share practical solutions in the state’s epicentre of homelessness.

 

Join Eden Foster Mayor of Dandenong, wayss CEO Wayne Merritt and members of the local homeless community.

 

 

WHAT:          Community leaders, advocacy organisations and service providers in Melbourne’s multicultural Southeast explore collaborative approaches to end homelessness
