SYDNEY, September 27, 2023 – Challenger Gold (ASX: CEL), hereinafter referred to as "CEL" or "the Company," is thrilled to announce that as of Tuesday, 26 September 2023, it has officially commenced trading on the esteemed OTCQB Venture Market (OTCQB).

Highlights of the Announcement:

  • CEL has begun trading under the ticker code CLLEF.
  • Trading on the OTCQB offers more streamlined access for US investors.
  • CEL anticipates that the additional trading avenue on the OTCQB will usher in enhanced liquidity opportunities for all its investors.
  • The OTCQB is a well-respected, transparent trading platform based in the United States, operated by the OTC Markets Group in New York.
  • Recognized as a top-tier marketplace, the OTCQB is home to both US and global companies in their entrepreneurial and developmental stages, dedicated to facilitating trading and providing crucial information to US investors.
