Kayla Itsines will be hosting her first LIVE bootcamp tomorrow since 2019!
The boot camp will be taking place in Darling Harbour on the Event Deck of the ICC, and Kayla will be taking hundreds of people through her live OG Kayla Bootcamp from 4pm followed by a meet and greet.
The event is being hosted to celebrate the upcoming FitHer Expo, which Kayla is headlining in October At that event she will also be joined by Steph Claire Smith, Laura Henshaw, Chontel Duncan and Katie Martin to name a few.
Please let me know if you would like to come along to either of the events. You are welcome to send along a photographer/ videographer and I would also be happy to share images with you post event if you like too.
