Monash presents Learn. Lead. Change. A thought leadership event to ignite conversation

Australia’s change-makers will come together to address the world’s most pressing global and social challenges. 
 
Monash University’s flagship event, Learn. Lead. Change. will fuel dynamic conversations from keynote speakers on the issues that shape the world on Thursday 21 September.

A long and impressive lineup of guest speakers from finance and security gurus to storytellers, podcasters, a lawyer and a comedian will join Monash experts and event hosts Associate Professor Susie Ho, Puja Ganguli and Dr Brad Bloomfield at the four hour event.

Founder and host of chart-topping personal finance podcast She’s on the Money, Victoria Devine, journalist, presenter and co-founder of The Daily Aus, Sam Koslowski, storyteller, campaigner, activist and co-founder of Not One More Niki, Tarang Chawla, chief futurist, Dr Ben Hamer and Australian feminist podcaster and author, Yumi Stynes are among the raft of highly-talented guest speakers delivering keynote presentations.

The program will be delivered in three unique content streams at the Ian Potter Performing Arts Centre at Monash University’s Clayton campus on 21 September from 4-8pm.

Director of Monash Innovation Guarantee and Associate Dean, International and Graduate Education at Monash University, Associate Professor Susie Ho, said Learn. Lead. Change. will be a catalyst for impactful change.  

“With global boiling, the growing influence of AI, and the prevalence of gender-based violence, addressing the world's most pressing global and social challenges has never been more important,” Associate Professor Susie Ho said.
 
“Through these dynamic and thought-provoking conversations, the audience will have unparalleled and front-row access to the latest research from across the University,” 

Inheriting the world is the event theme and will take participants on a journey of discovery, transformation, and collective action.

The broader community is invited to engage in the highly anticipated and transformative thought leadership event which includes Q&A sessions, inspiring keynotes workshops, panel discussions and debates drawing on research insights
