Come and speak with a Long Service Corporation (LSC) representative by visiting one of our service centres at the following Service NSW locations:

 

PARRAMATTA

8:30am - 5:00pm, Thursday, 30 November

27-31 Argyle Street, Parramatta

Face-to-face customer service with LSC staff.

 

DUBBO

8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday, 1 December

258-260 Macquarie Street, Dubbo

Video conferencing with LSC staff.  

 

SYDNEY CBD

8:30am to 5:00pm, Wednesday, 6 December

19 York Street, Sydney

Face-to-face customer service with LSC staff. 

 

In addition, LSC face-to-face customer service is available in Gosford every Tuesday (except for public holidays and 2 January 2024) between 8.30am and 4.30pm at 32 Mann Street, Gosford.

 

If you can’t make these locations, trained Service NSW staff handle 80,000 calls annually from LSC customers. They are ready to take your call on 13 14 41 between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. To call using an interpreter, please call the National Translating and Interpreting Service on 13 14 50 and ask them to call us on 13 14 41.

11 December 2024 New industrial disputes data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics confirms the need for a return of a building and construction industry watchdog, says Master Builders Australia.
