Innovative New Hotels Opening in Dubai 2024!

There is always something new to discover in Dubai, for both first time travellers as well as repeat visitors stopping over. Travellers can update their Dubai hit list with trend-setting new hotels that have been added to Dubai’s ever-evolving offering.

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

Opening: Q3 or Q4 2024

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, set to open in the second half of 2024, will lead a new generation of Jumeirah Group’s ultra-luxury portfolio. The highly anticipated Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab represents a distinctive new era in luxury hospitality, comprising of a hotel with 387 rooms and suites, 82 luxury residences, an 82-berth superyacht marina, a range of curated dining experiences and an impressive spa.

Complementing its superyacht architecture Jumeirah Marsa Al Arabs’ accommodations exude a nautical glamour with panoramic vistas of the stunning Arabian Sea. The hotel will feature specially integrated wellness and leisure destinations, several swimming pools, and a selection of signature restaurants, including a unique concept featuring four restaurants in one.

Ciel

Opening: Q2 2024

Located in Dubai Marina, Ciel is scheduled to be fully operational by Q2 this year and will be the world’s tallest hotel, with 1,042 rooms including 150 suites at its remarkable height of 365 metres. Making the most of its height, Ciel in Dubai includes an observation deck with panoramic views, which include the Arabian Gulf, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. Further, there will be a bar on the 76th floor, a Sunset Lounge on the 74th floor and an infinity pool on the 81st floor.

Ciel has not even opened yet, but it is already notching up awards. The hotel won the International Property Awards for Best International Hotel Architecture, and received the top prize at the Dubai, Africa & Arabia Property Awards.

One&Only One Za'abeel

Opened: January 4, 2024

Named Dubai’s vertical resort, One&Only One Za'abeel has just launched operations in January 2023. This extraordinary urban hotel reimagines the traditional horizontal resort concept with a groundbreaking vertical design. Anchoring this architectural marvel is The Link, the world's longest cantilever, an avant-garde feat of engineering, housing dining concepts, unparalleled leisure experiences, and a rooftop infinity pool offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the Dubai skyline. One&Only One Za'abeel seamlessly marries tradition and innovation, delivering an unmatched hospitality experience in the heart of the city.

Five Luxe

Opening: Q1 2024

Opening in Q1 2024, this hotel will be a dynamic new addition to Dubai's hospitality landscape, poised to amplify its operator's reputation for vibrant and exuberant hospitality. The mega-hotel will showcase imported concepts from Ibiza, exclusive private residences, and an unwavering sustainability commitment. The hotel features 222 lavish rooms and suites, ranging from themed options like the Writer Suite to Royal and Explorer Suites.

The Lana

Opening: February, 2024

Out of many anticipated hotel openings, The Lana, from Dorchester Collection is a luxury hotel opening to the public from February 1, 2024 set in the Dubai Canal, the stunning 30-storey tower is one we’ll hear a lot about this year.  The interiors, are intended to showcase Dubai's breathtaking vistas, with views of Burj Khalifa, beautiful sunsets to the northwest, and stunning landscapes to the southeast.

The living spaces are adorned with dark marble, rounded furniture, and soft hues of gold, beige, and olive, creating an inviting and discreet atmosphere. The in-room experience is enhanced with deep-soaking bathtubs, some of which are positioned in the windows, offering guests an unparalleled view of the city whilst they relax.
