Hospital workers rally against extortionate parking fees

On Tuesday, hundreds of Concord Hospital workers rally and hold a mass meeting to consider a half day strike on Thursday as anger mounts over an extortionate increase in parking fees costing them up to $2,600 a year.

The mass meeting of psychologists, scientists, threatre technicians, kitchen staff, cleaners, security guards happen at Concord Hospital’s main entrance from midday.

Sunday 13 October 2024 The union representing teachers and support staff in non-government schools is deeply concerned about NSW independent MP Alex Greenwich dropping protections for LGBTIQ+ teachers, other school staff and students from his Equality Bill.
