TALENTED GROMS FACE OFF IN INAUGURAL REFLECTIONS CADET CUP 

WHERE: Reflections Bonny Hills, 920 Ocean Drive, Bonny Hills (please go to reception)

WHEN: 9am, Monday Feb 5

WHAT: The inaugural Reflections Cadet Cup is being held by Crown Land Manager Reflections Holidays in partnership with Surfest on the Feb 10-11 weekend. It is the first Cadet Cup held by Surfest outside the Hunter Region.

Five local teen surfers who will compete in the inaugural Reflections Cadet Cup are available for interview with Reflections Regional Park Manager, Scott Burns

The teens are as follows:

Brothers Asher and Albi Winters (from Port Macquarie) and Zeke Woolam (Bonny Hills) - competing in the Under 12 boys

Rusty Hogan (Bonny Hills) and Joey Thompson (Port Macquarie) - competing in the Under 16s

17January, 2025 A world-first study has revealed that two hours of supervised exercise per week significantly benefits people with metastatic breast cancer, improving quality of life while reducing healthcare costs. The PREFERABLE-EFFECT trial, involving 357 participants worldwide, including 135 Australians, is the most extensive exercise study conducted for this population.
