Brisbane-based technology company Conpago has attracted the attention of a global software giant as it prepares to roll out its digital customer management software into the home care and NDIS sectors.

Jeff McKee, Group CEO of Jonas Software AUS Pty Ltd, a division of Jonas Software and a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc, has taken up a Director role with Conpago.

Conpago Board Chair Chiou See Anderson said Mr McKee’s addition to the Board would bring increased horsepower through his extensive experience in growing organisations through organic initiatives and improving the efficiency of operations.

“This is a great addition that will help us steer Conpago to accelerate delivery of our strategic growth and expansion plans,” Ms Anderson said.

Jonas Software operates over 150 independently managed software brands around the world, as part of Constellation Software Inc. (CSI), a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. With revenues exceeding $US8.4 billion and a global workforce of over 30,000 employees, CSI is renowned for its expertise and innovation in the technology sector.

Ms Anderson also confirmed that Conpago has finalised an investment round that will support the company’s expansion within the home care and NDIS verticals, having already made strong inroads in the retirement living sector.

Conpago supports aged care and retirement living providers to deliver greater efficiencies and enhanced customer experiences through a digital care management system that integrates communication, customer support, facility management, and other business administration functions into one user-friendly solution.

Technology to assist retirement village operations was identified as one of the top three priorities for village operators in the most recent PWC/Property Council Retirement Census.

Conpago Chief Executive Officer Ali Galadari said the opportunity for the aged care sector was to focus digital transformation on enhancing customer experience, in addition to operational efficiency.

Mr Galadari said: “Conpago remains dedicated to driving positive change within the care sector through technology and looks forward to leveraging the expertise of our expanded Board to deliver impactful solutions to clients their customers.”
