The Australia Institute’s Climate Integrity Summit 2024 will host leading experts in economics, ecology, policy and governance, along with key parliamentarians and journalists to discuss a credible and achievable climate policy that serves the Australian people and broader global community.

The Climate Integrity Summit 2024 will be held at Parliament House, Canberra on Wednesday 20th March. Event speakers and panellists are available for interview.

Exposed: native forest logging shifts from public to private land

An investigation by nature protection groups has exposed a disturbing trend of logging endangered wildlife habitat on private land. The discovery comes only months after the Victorian Government finally put a stop to logging native forests on public land on January 1, 2024. Over a dozen projects have been identified, from the Central Highlands to East Gippsland and Central Victoria.
