Schneider Electric appoints Justine Cooper as VP, Human Resources for the Pacific Zone

Sydney, Australia- Schneider Electric, a leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has announce Justine Cooper in the position of Vice President, Human Resources for the Pacific Zone.

 

With thirty years’ experience in human resources, Justine will join the Pacific Zone Leadership Team. She is responsible for all aspects of the HR function across the employee experience, and development and execution of our Pacific People Strategy; including, performance management, learning and development, talent strategies, and employee engagement. Justine is also leading Schneider Electric’s cultural transformation journey in Australia and New Zealand.

Cooper joined Schneider Electric in late 2022 as the HR Business Leader for the Transactional Business Squad. Before joining Schneider Electric, Cooper served as the Head of Brook Graham in APAC, a global diversity and inclusion consulting firm. 

 

She brings to bear an impressive track record across the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific, and a wealth of experience from previous senior HR leadership roles in companies including BT Financial Group, Westpac, and Barclays. She holds a Masters in HR Leadership and has earned the prestigious position of Fellow of the Australian HR Institute.
