West Perth, WA – Arizona Lithium Limited (ASX: AZL, AZLO, AZLOA, OTC: AZLAF), ASX listed lithium exploration & development company is thrilled to announce the successful completion of its final pilot operations at the Prairie Lithium Project, located in Saskatchewan, Canada. The ILiad Pilot Plant has demonstrated remarkable efficiency and performance from November 2023 to February 2024, showcasing the project's viability and Arizona Lithium's commitment to sustainable lithium extraction.

Key Highlights from the Pilot Plant Operations:

  • Over 200,000 litres of brine processed, resulting in the production of more than 13,500 litres of high-quality lithium concentrate.
  • Achieved a stellar average lithium recovery rate of 95% during the steady-state phase.
  • Exceptionally high impurity rejection rates, including 99.99% for sodium and 99.98% for calcium, significantly reducing downstream processing needs.
  • The promising results are now being utilized in the final stages of design and engineering for the commercial Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) facility slated for construction on Pad #1.

Forward-Looking Operations:

  • Drilling on Pad #1 is set to commence in May 2024, with lithium production expected to start in 2025. This marks a significant milestone towards commercial production and revenue generation from the Prairie Project.

These results are already being used to finalize the engineering and design of our first commercial facility at Pad #1. New Administrative Review Tribunal affirms TPB decision to protect public interest

The new Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) has rejected an application on appeal by former Gold Coast tax agent, Philippe Colin (also known as Phil Colin) to overturn the Tax Practitioners Board’s (TPB) decision to terminate his registration and impose a 4-year ban from reapplying.
