Harmony expands operations with new space set to create job opportunities

Harmony Early Education 2 mins read

In a move to bolster job creation, professional development and operational capacity, leading early educator Harmony Early Education has expanded with a new corporate headquarters.

Located at Suite 104, Level 1, 120 Siganto Drive Helensvale and spanning 529sqm, the new corporate space can accommodate a full and comprehensive team.

Harmony CEO Laurie Begni says this demonstrates Harmony’s commitment to employee growth and job creation and marks a significant milestone in their journey for holistic early childhood education.

“This expansion enables us to create a number of new jobs, investing in not only the future of Harmony, but also that of the local economy and the next generation of young learners,” says Mr Begni.

“The new space will act as a hub for collaboration and professional development, providing fulfilling career paths for those passionate about early childhood education.”

Mr Begni says the opening of the new headquarters is exciting, especially as Harmony has three new centres on the horizon, in addition to a newly acquired site in West Burleigh.

“We have a robust expansion schedule ahead of us, which will see Harmony enter new markets in the near future,” says Mr Begni.

“Additionally, in the next three months we will see the opening of centres in Bulimba, Griffin and Burleigh Heads, demonstrating our dedication to quality early childhood education.”

The unveiling of the new space follows Harmony’s recent rebranding initiative, with the West Burleigh centre the first to showcase the refreshed branding.

Designed by Archway, Harmony’s headquarters features contemporary design with a calming palette and centres around creating an inspiring environment that facilitates a variety of working styles.

The space includes a welcome hub, flexible boardroom, staff lounge, offices, workstations, espresso bar, dual offices, informal meeting areas and more.

Harmony Early Education currently operates 16 early learning centres across Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales with a further 3 sites in development. Inspiring beautiful minds with beautiful environments, Harmony’s foundation is built on ensuring every child receives the best care and education possible in a safe, calm, fun and inclusive learning setting.
