Imam Kamran Tahir will be traveling to Sydney to attend the funeral of Faraz Tahir

Ahmadiyya Muslim Community < 1 mins read

The Imam of Adelaide's largest mosque, the Mahmood Mosque, Imam Kamran Tahir, will join the funeral of Faraz Tahir at Sydney's Baitul Huda Mosque on Friday, 26 April.

Faraz Tahir (aged 30) was a cherished member of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community who tragically lost his life on Sat 13th April in Bondi Junction stabbing attack while on duty, serving and defending public and community.

Imam Kamran Tahir stressed the sacrifice of Faraz Tahir in which he truly upheld the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): "love of one's country is part of faith"; and urged the community members to remember him as a national hero.
