UNSW Sydney signs historic MoU with Mid North Coast Local Health District in Port Macquarie

UNSW Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Attila Brungs will join Mid North Coast Local Health District Chief Executive Stewart Dowrick on Friday to announce a historic Memorandum of Understanding between the university and local health district.

The strategic partnership will place undergraduate students at local health facilities, training the next generation of doctors to practice in rural and regional areas. The MoU will also help identify potential research opportunities in the region and streamline collaboration.
