MODULO® GROUP 1 BENEFITS

Designed for imagination exploration

MODULO® Group 1 features an advanced and compliant technical design to provide market-leading versatility, empowering the exploration of curved interiors.

  • Achieves a radius of 500mm.
  • Available in 2.7-metre, 3.6-metre, and 5.4-metre lengths.
  • Suitable for vertical, horizontal, and sculptural applications.
  • A choice of Arc, Batten, and Flute profiles.
  • The profiles’ crease lines are easy to bend, allowing for curving or simple finishing to the boundary without needing costly proprietary finishes or equipment.

Highest Group 1 Fire Rating for Australian Climate Demands

MODULO® Group 1 is specifically designed for interior environments requiring a Group 1 fire rating.

  • Fire tested in accordance with ISO 9705:2003 (R2016) and AS5637.1:2015, achieving a Group 1 certification.

Ultra-Realistic Woodgrain Aesthetic and Colour-Compatible Range

MODULO® Group 1 Aluminium is available pre-finished in a choice of over 30 premium NAVURBAN™ decorative surfaces (including NAVURBAN™ Silken, Elements, and ultra-realistic woodgrain).

  • Empowers the exploration of contemporary biophilic design trends using more natural-looking 3D textured or embossed woodgrain finishes instead of typical powder-on-powder painting.
  • Woodgrain pattern balances consistency without looking repeated with hand-packing to ensure the right aesthetic mix.
  • Superior, consistent colour matching across pre-finished Screenwood and NAVURBAN™ product surfaces.
  • MODULO® Group 1 Aluminium is also available in custom powder-coated finishes for even more design flexibility.

High Quality, Durable Finish

  • Screenwood wraps the NAVURBAN non-PVC olefin decorative surface film seamlessly on the profiles.
  • NAVURBAN finishes are UV stable and stain and water-resistant, ensuring durability and longevity.

Easy Cleaning and No Ongoing Maintenance

  • MODULO® with NAVURBAN surfaces are easy to clean using a cloth dampened with warm water and detergent.
  • The system’s commercially acceptable strength is more robust than paper finishes and requires no annual maintenance such as oiling, painting or staining.

Swifter, Easier and More Cost-Effective Installation

MODULO® Group 1 is crafted using hollow, lightweight aluminium. It is easier to cut, carry, and curve, ensuring a faster and more cost effective installation – no prep work required.

  • Simple to cut to size and install using lengths which can be glued and secured with screws (concealed within the tongue and groove).
  • More cost effective to install using off-the-shelf top hat/furring channels and screws instead of expensive, proprietary systems.
  • Easy vertical break points to allow for various end-point finishing and curving.
  • Cost effective corner and start trims available for a superior finish.
  • Off-the-shelf aluminium end panels can be used for edging and reverse angles without needing costly proprietary systems.
