“It’s a thinking problem. Not a drinking problem!”

Georgia Foster - World-renowned Hypnotherapist, top-selling Author, international Speaker and 2 mins read
  • Media:

Georgia Foster is coming to Sydney this weekend to help locals learn how to drink less through hypnosis and her ‘7 days to drink less’ program.

“One of the most common types of feedback I get after hypnotherapy sessions is, “Georgia, I wish I had met you in my twenties! I could have saved myself a lot of pain and heartache!,” she said.

An Australian who struggled with food and alcohol issues, Georgia travelled from Melbourne to live in London (via California) at the age of 29 where she qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist and worked as a Senior Lecturer at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis.

Georgia’s passion is to help others shift their thinking about food, booze, and self-worth and she will be available for interview on Friday, 10 May ahead of her seminar on Saturday, 11 May.

“Hypnosis can quickly override procrastination, self-doubt, and negative thinking in under 25 minutes or less. Yes, it's that fast!”.

“Whether working one-on-one with me, in my online programs or seminars, clients feel relieved that they are not alone in their thinking and feelings,” she said.

I’ve been helping women (and men) eat and drink less for the past 30 years, I know there is a real sense of regret: “If I had just done this or just done that differently.”

“My hypnosis programs transform from within without willpower.  The hypnosis does the heavy lifting – a fast and effective method of making real change to progress towards the intended goal”.

Australian College of Mental Health Nurses Welcomes Government’s $1 Billion Mental Health Investment

The Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (ACMHN) welcomes the Albanese Government's $1 billion commitment to expand mental health services while highlighting the need for a strong mental health nursing workforce to deliver these promises. This significant commitment acknowledges the critical importance of accessible mental health care and addresses several longstanding gaps in the current system. "We are particularly encouraged by the focus on the growing number of young Australians with complex mental health needs who too often fall through the cracks of Australian mental healthcare systems," said Professor Rhonda Wilson, President of the ACMHN. The next Federal Government should set a national target of 60,000 additional engineering graduates by 2035, according to Engineers Australia, to ensure the nation will be able to meet current and future demand for skills, innovation and sustainability.
