HOYTS x Pepsi competition

Hitting a HOYTS candy bar across Australia could make you a winner in a shared pool of prizes worth over $600,000. From 2 May to 26 June, every sip is a step closer to winning a year of movies, among many other prizes included in their Watch, Drink and Win* competition.

The competition launch celebrates Pepsi’s recent visual identity rebrand, the first in fifteen years, paying homage to their rich heritage while paving the way towards the future with a dynamic new logo. Guests who purchase an eligible drink at any HOYTS candy bar by 26 June will receive a unique code to enter an online scratch and win. Participants can pair their movie with a wide variety of beverages, receiving one entry for every eligible drink purchase.

HOYTS CEO Damian Keogh says the competition in tandem with Pepsi will reward valued HOYTS guests with prizes that will excite every movie lover.

"We have over 50,000 prizes up for grabs including popcorns, drinks, and choc tops. The other end of the prize pool includes free 12-month HOYTS Rewards VIP memberships and a range of tickets for our mainstream and HOYTS LUX sessions,” Damian said.

"Three extremely lucky winners will receive a HOYTS Gold Card, a truly rare and exclusive reward. This card grants holders two free movie tickets every day for an entire year, offering an unparalleled opportunity to see the latest blockbusters on the big screen at HOYTS.

“This has been a great opportunity to partner with Pepsi on the launch of their new visual branding and share in the excitement with our guests.”

There will be plenty of choices when it comes to movies to see. Highlights include The Fall Guy, a star-studded action-packed thriller about a seasoned stunt performer, and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, set many years after the reign of Caesar.

Fans of Director, George Miller, will be on the edge of their seats watching Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, with Anya Taylor-Joy starring as Imperator Furiosa and Chris Hemsworth as Warlord Dementus. Or check out world your favourite Bad Boys on the run, back in the outrageous comedy Bad Boys: Ride or Die.
