EMBARGOED TO 20 MAY 2024

Today, TSA Management marks a significant milestone in its global growth journey by announcing a new name: TSA Riley. The new name represents the organisation’s global reach and 1,000 expert project consultants who help clients and communities realise the transformative power of their built assets

TSA Riley aspires to lead the industry as a global independent project consultancy. Throughout the infrastructure and property sectors, TSA Riley help clients plan, procure, deliver, optimise, and decarbonise their projects. TSA Riley clients can have a truly end-to-end view of their projects to help them realise the full value and impact of their built assets.

TSA Riley’s global footprint

Transitioning to a new name and brand identity is the culmination of TSA Management's bold growth initiatives and forward-looking approach. Established in Australia in 2001, the business has thrived beyond strong organic growth: integrating multiple companies, diversifying its service offering, entering new sectors, and extending its presence across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and the UK. Now, 1,000 people strong, the TSA Riley brand embodies the group's collective heritage, connected intelligence, unique service offering, and global purpose: to help clients realise the transformative power of their built assets.

Transformation through unity

Group CEO Andrew Tompson said, "Our new brand embodies our exceptional growth across Australia, the UK and Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia, that has made this business what it is today. ‘TSA Riley’ represents our strengths and expanded capabilities as we set a new global standard in project consulting.

"The TSA Management brand represented a successful and forward-thinking project consultancy, but it didn't tell our full story. This isn't the same company it was five years ago, or even one year ago. We've grown beyond Australia and established offices throughout New Zealand and Kuala Lumpur. Through the integration of Henry Riley, we've harnessed a remarkable 130-year heritage and established our presence in the UK and Ireland. Our new TSA Riley identity reflects this journey."

David Needham, Managing Director of TSA Riley UK & Ireland, said, "We'll continue to serve our clients with the same dedication and excellence, but this is now amplified by a broader global perspective, deeper industry insights and a holistic, end-to-end project-consulting approach.

"It was crucial that everyone in our team felt connected to our brand, no matter their expertise or location. It was a collaborative process, gathering and incorporating feedback from our people, our clients and brand experts to shape our new identity. At the core of the TSA Riley brand is the idea of ‘connected intelligence’. With over 1,000 experts spanning the globe, we offer independent and comprehensive project consultancy services. From inception to completion, our clients are assured that there's no aspect of the end-to-end project lifecycle beyond our expertise.”

Victorian businesses face more uncertainty as Government creates a problem that didn’t exist

Victoria's leading industry groups have united to demand the Allan Government immediately withdraw its damaging Work from Home Bill, warning it will further undermine investment and economic growth in the state. Victorian businesses have embraced flexible work. Most employers already offer hybrid arrangements because they understand that flexibility helps attract and retain talent while supporting employee wellbeing and productivity. Recent business surveys by the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry show that around three-quarters of Victorian businesses already provide flexible work arrangements, with many operating hybrid models that include minimum office attendance requirements. The system is currently working. Instead of…
