DARWIN, Northern Territory, June 11, 2024 — Litchfield Minerals Limited (ASX: LMS), a critical mineral explorer, primarily searching for base metals and uranium in the Northern Territory of Australia, today announced the receipt of two grants totaling $300,000 from the Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations program, an initiative of the Northern Territory Geological Survey. This funding marks a significant endorsement of Litchfield’s innovative approaches to exploring underexplored areas in the region.
The grants were awarded as part of the Northern Territory Government’s strategic effort to attract new exploration investments and accelerate resource discoveries across the territory. Litchfield’s successful applications will support drilling activities at the Patmungala, Silver King, and Copper Flats targets within the Mount Doreen project area.
