Momentum Schools lead way for explicit instruction in Victorian classrooms

A select group of “model schools” will set the standard for new teaching practices in Victoria as educators work to meet a government deadline to make the switch to explicit instruction methods. Australians support reforms to get nation out of active transport doldrums

A new report by the Australia Institute finds less than one per cent of federal road funding is going toward infrastructure for active transport, but that there is strong public support for a range of active transport reforms that would help ease traffic congestion and improve public health.
