The graphic heart-wrenching images coming out of Palestine every day continue to disturb everyday Australians as the world practically silently watches crimes against humanity unfold with impunity. In light of this, Imam Syed Wadood Janud, a prominent and respected leader and Imam of Perth's Biggest Mosque, will highlight the role that everyday Australians, including the Muslim community, politicians, and the international community, must play in preventing the ongoing offensive by Israeli forces.

In his sermon, Imam Janud of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community WA will call for a unified stand against injustice regardless of the perpetrator's background, religious or political affiliation, or worldly reputation. He will highlight the Islamic solution to this problem which is the need for absolute justice, compassion, and collective responsibility in addressing this humanitarian crisis.

Following the sermon, a press conference will be held where journalists can ask Imam Janud about his guidance for the local congregation during these turbulent times. The Imam will share insights on how he is helping the community navigate the distressing and graphic images emerging daily from Gaza, and the steps being taken to maintain peace and unity within the community.
