triSearch hires former Google and Oracle executive to transform customer support

Rachna Garg brings two decades of international experience and leadership to the Australian conveyancing SaaS technology leader as the new Head of Operations to overhaul and enhance customer support.

Garg is a strategic planner and operational governance specialist, who previously led digital financial services integration at Google, the transformation of The Salvation Army’s financial processes and fortified Oracle’s client relationships as well pioneering transformation initiatives at American Express and other global financial institutions.

triSearch CEO Chris Gibbs said Garg’s unique expertise was an ideal fit as triSearch scales to meet growing client needs for workflow efficiency and service.

“We are committed to winning back precious hours and minutes to time-poor conveyancing practitioners. Rachna will help us drive that value to our clients,” Gibbs said.

triSearch helps conveyancers navigate the highly regulated property transactions process, enabling practitioners to become more profitable and improve the experience for homebuyers. Innovative legal search and practice management software technology enables conveyancers and property lawyers to strengthen their service to clients and shorten the contract settlement process.

The appointment of Garg - an accomplished operational excellence practitioner – is at the heart of the strategy to overhaul triSearch’s customer support hub.

“We operate in a rapidly evolving market where customers expect quick, agile, and valuable services they can rely on,” Garg said.

"I have long admired triSearch's accomplishments and am excited to collaborate with the team to provide innovative, customer-centric solutions."

Garg steps in to build new operational workflows with a highly skilled Operations team, which has won numerous award recommendations and finalist short listings  from Australian CX award organisations like Australian Service Excellence Awards, CX Awards, Australian Achiever Awards, and more.
