Euro Manganese Announces Change of Corporate Secretary

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 29, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Euro Manganese Inc. (TSX-V and ASX: EMN; OTCQB: EUMNF; Frankfurt: E06) (the "Company" or "EMN") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Laurel Petryk as Vice President Legal & Corporate Secretary of the Company effective September 1, 2024. In keeping with the Company’s long-standing succession plan, Ms. Petryk will replace Mr. Fausto Taddei, who will be retiring effective August 31, 2024. Mr. Taddei will work with the Company to support a seamless change and remain available to provide guidance and support during the transition phase.

Ms. Petryk joined Euro Manganese as General Counsel in 2021 and has over 24 years of experience working as a lawyer in corporate, securities, governance, and mining gained from a large national firm and in house, and regulatory experience including working at the British Columbia Securities Commission. Ms. Petryk holds a law degree from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms. Petryk will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and the ASX.
