*** MEDIA ALERT *** NSW sheriffs to strike for fair pay

Hundreds of NSW sheriffs will walk off the job across the state on Thursday over a staffing crisis and poor pay. 

Media is invited to film workers walking off the job at the Downing Centre Local and District Court from 10am.

The walk out is expected to cripple or shut dozens of courts in regional NSW where sheriffs will strike for a full day.
