  • 90ml Mindful Wines non-alcoholic sparkling Wine
  • 60ml Palermo Amarino non-alcoholic aperitif
  • 30ml Soda Water

Method:

  • Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  • Pour in Mindful Wines non-alcoholic sparkling Wine and Palermo Amarino.
  • Top up with soda water.
  • Stir gently and enjoy a low-alcohol spritz perfect for celebrating love.

 

Palermo Rosso Affection Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Palermo Rosso
  • 30ml Land Under Gin
  • 30ml Regal Rogue Lively White Vermouth

Method:

  • Stir Palermo Rosso, Land Under Gin, and Regal Rogue Lively White Vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
  • Strain into a chilled glass over ice.

  • 30mL Uncle Nearest 1884

  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Lemon Wheel Garnish

Method:

  • Shake together 30mL Uncle Nearest 1884, 30mL 100 Souls White Rum, lemon juice, agave syrup, Sorel Liqueur, and a pinch of sea salt with ice.
  • Strain into a chilled glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel for a refreshing touch.

 

The Manhattan

Ingredients:

  • 55ml Shortcross Rye & Malt Irish Whiskey
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Ice
  • Lemon for garnish

Method:

  • Add your Shortcross Rye & Malt Irish Whiskey, sweet vermouth, and two dashes of bitters into a mixing glass with ice.
  • Gently stir until the glass begins to frost and your drink becomes well chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe glass.
  • Add an lemon peel twist as an optional garnish.

 

Whisky Sour

Ingredients
  • 50ml Glengoyne 10 Year Old
  • 35ml lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 12½ml sugar syrup · ½ fresh egg white (optional)
  • Ice
  • 50p-sized piece of lemon zest
  • Cherry on a stick for Garnish

Method
  • Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Squeeze the lemon zest over the drink, so the scented oils spray across the surface.
  • Discard the zest, add the cherry on a stick to garnish, and serve.

 

Watermelon Mojito

 

Ingredients:
  • 20-40 g watermelon
  • 20 ml 1883 Watermelon Syrup
  • 5 ml 1883 Mojito Syrup
  • 5 ml Rum Syrup
  • 120 ml soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint Leaves
Method: 
  • Cut the watermelon according to your taste
  • Mash up the watermelon
  • Get your glass and fill it with ice cubes
  • Pour in 1883 Watermelon Syrup, Mojito Syrup, and Rum Syrup
  • Put in the mashed watermelon into your glass
  • Lastly, fill up your glass with soda
  • Top it off with mint leaves and a bit of watermelon

Ingredients

  • Glass: Rocks
  • Method: Build over ice & stir
  • CARGO CULT Navy Rum: 60ml
  • Sugar cube with two drops of bitters

Ingredients : 

  • 7 cl of Palermo Bianco
  • 3 cl of Apple juice
  • Ice cubes

How to prepare a Bianco Mela Cocktail ? 

  • Take a cocktail glass.
  • Pour 7 cl of Palermo Bianco directly into the glass.
  • Add 3 cl of Apple juice.
  • Finish with a few ice cubes.
  • Place 1 orange slice in the glass if you like

 

Divinus

Ingredients

45 ml Nouaison Gin
15 ml La Quintinye Vermouth Royal 
Blanc
15 ml Calvados
10 ml Domaine de Canton ginger liquor
2 dash Yellow Chartreuse

Preparation: 
Gently blend ingredients in a mixing 
glass and strain into a vintage cup over 
a large sphere ice cube.

Garnish with ginger slice, twists of lime 
and pomelo along with flower 
decoration.

 

Blueberry Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 3cl 1883 Blueberry syrup
  • 2-3cl Rum
  • 6-9cl soda water
  • 5-7 mint leaves
  • 2pcs lemon/lime
  • 2tsp sugar (optional)

Method:

  • Pour sugar in a glass, followed by lemon and mint leaves.
  • Using a muddle, gently crush the lemon and the mint leaves to bring out the flavour.
  • Pour the syrup, the ice and the Rum.
  • Top up with Soda water.
  • Garnish with some mint leaves and lime.
  • Real fruits can be an option as a garnish.

 

 

Yubari Sour

Ingredients

  • 3cl Lime Cordial 1883
  • 5cl green melon liqueur

Preparation

  • Pour all ingredients into the bottom of the shaker, then fill with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain into an Old-fashioned glass over ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of melon and a brandied cherry.

 

Ti' Palermo

Ingredients : 

  • 6 cl of Palermo Gentiane 
  • ½ Lime
  • 2 cl of Canadou cane syrup
  • Ice cubes


How to prepare a Ti’Palermo Cocktail ? 

  • Take an old-fashioned glass. You also can take a short and large glass. 
  • Cut half of the lime and squeeze it directly into the glass with the help of a masher or a “bois lélé”
  • Mix with the sugar cane syrup.
  • Finalize your cocktail by adding your Palermo Gentiane.
  • You can garnish your glass with a slice of lime

 



G’VINE & TONIC

Ingredients:

Ice cubes
4cl G’Vine Flouraison Gin
12 to 15cl Premium tonic
2 to 3 grain of White grapes

Preparation:
Add a few ice cubes.
Remove the excesswater
Pour4cl G’Vine
Add12 to 15cl Premium tonic
Add 2 to 3 grapes to decorate

 

Banana Daquiri

  • Glass: Martini

  • Cargo Banana Rum 60ml
  • Lime Juice 20ml
  • Sugar Syrup 10ml
