HCF 2 mins read

WEDNESDAY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2024: HCF, Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund, is proud to announce our outstanding performance in the 2024 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards, where we’ve been recognised as a leader in value and trust among both health and life insurance providers.

HCF received first place in the highly regarded “Top Value” health insurance category. The win reinforces HCF’s reputation for delivering outstanding value-for-money health cover that meets the health and budget needs of everyday Australians.

Adding to this success, HCF has also been named the “Most Trusted” direct life insurance brand, taking first place. On average, 97% of Australians said HCF is a trustworthy brand, solidifying HCF Life Insurance as the leading choice for Australians seeking trusted and reliable coverage.

HCF CEO Sheena Jack, expressed her pride in the recognition, saying, “Were incredibly proud to be acknowledged by Finder in both the health and life insurance categories. This is a demonstration of HCF’s unwavering commitment to providing members with uncommon care.”

In addition to these significant wins, HCF health insurance secured third place in the “Most Trusted Brand” category, and third for “Quality Service”. These awards reflect our ongoing efforts to provide high-quality service and build enduring trust with our members.

HCF also ranked third in the “Most Loved” category, highlighting the deep connection and loyalty members feel towards HCF as well as our dedication to supporting their health and wellbeing.

“At HCF, our mission is to put our members first, and these awards reaffirm that ’we’re delivering on that promise. Unlike for-profit insurers, our focus is where it should be – on providing award-winning value, products, service, and support to our members, not profits to shareholders,” Ms Jack said.

“Since our humble beginnings in 1932, we’ve been firmly focused on finding more ways to put our money where our members are. This mutual ethos underpins our vision to provide access to understandable, affordable, and quality healthcare for our members when they need it most.

“As we move forward, we remain committed to providing value, trust, and service excellence to our members. This recognition inspires us to continue enhancing the experience and care we offer to Australians,” said Ms Jack.
