lululemon hosts free workout classes across VIC this Spring!

In the lead up to World Mental Health Day on October 10th, and in preparation of the launch of lululemon’s annual Global Wellbeing Report on September 24th, lululemon is hosting the Together We grow collective; a series of FREE holistic wellbeing events across the country. 

The series is part of lululemon’s Together we grow campaign, which is aimed at empowering communities in Australia and New Zealand to get inspired, gear up, and join the movement to amplify one’s sense of wellbeing. 

Featuring sessions with local Ambassadors, hosted by stores within the community, these events offer invigorating workouts, mindfulness workshops, and valuable community connections.  

To give you a taste of what’s in store, see some of the classes available across VIC below: 

Melbourne: 

  • InspireCycle Richmond (Armadale), Saturday, 28th September, 12:00 PM – Spin class with lululemon Ambassador Ariel Kaplan 

  • Kula Yoga (Brighton), Saturday, 21st September, 2:00 PM - Yoga class with lululemon Ambassador Stephanie Jackowski 

  • CorePlus Malvern East (Chadstone), Friday, 20th September, 6:30 PM – Pilates class with lululemon Ambassador Lou Macrae 

  • Inspire Cycle Box (Chapel St), Mon-Fri 16th-20th September, 7:15 AM & 5:30 PM - Boxing and Strength class with lululemon Ambassador Josh Adams 

  • Radiant Sol Yoga (Chapel St), Sunday, 29th September, 9:30 AM – Yoga class with Samuel Skuthorp 

  • By Amy Gee Coaching (Doncaster), Sunday, 29th September, 8:30 AM - Hike along the Kokoda Memorial Track with lululemon Ambassador Amy Galbraith 

  • Fort Green Studio (Doncaster), Thursday, 3rd October, 6:00 PM - Slow Yoga Flow class with lululemon Ambassador Kelvin Wong 

  • Happy Melon Studios (Emporium), Sunday, 13th October, 8:00 AM - Yoga class with lululemon Ambassador Emma Strembickyj 

  • At One Studio (Highpoint), Friday, 27th September, Multiple Classes Offered - Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork and Meditation, and Soundbath classes offered, hosted by lululemon Ambassador Marcus De Fazio 

Geelong: 

  • Goodfolk Yoga (Geelong), Monday, 30th September, 5:00 PM - Functional Pilates class with lululemon Ambassador Lily Coffey 

  • Sweatshop (Geelong), Friday, 27th September, 7:00 AM - Strength Training with lululemon Ambassador Taryn Wynd 

Sorento:  

  • Loueys Place (Sorrento), Saturday, 21st September, 8:00 AM - Boxing Class with lululemon Ambassador Alana Barker 

  • Mind Over Miles Run Club (Sorrento), Sunday, 22nd September, 7:45 AM, Run Club with lululemon Ambassador Connor Scott

And that’s not all; as part of the initiative, lululemon is launching the Together we grow challenge aims to reach a collective goal of 1 million minutes of movement. From now until October 12th, upload a photo or video of yourself and friends being active — at one of the classes or just in general — on Instagram Stories, and for every person in your post, 30 minutes will be added to the goal. Once reached, lululemon will unlock 1 million minutes of free movement activities for local communities. Tag @lululemonaunz with the hashtag #togetherwegrow to get involved!
