Some Lions are on a mission to cure childhood cancer and diabetes, others are committed to assisting those impacted by drought and floods and many are simply working together to help people in need in their local community. One thing all Lions have in common is together they are making an incredible difference.

Australia for UNHCR calls for urgent donations as people flee Lebanon for Syria

Australia for UNHCR is calling for urgent donations to support the growing number of displaced people fleeing Lebanon for Syria. According to the Lebanese authorities, over 90,000 people have been newly displaced since 23 September, and more are abandoning their homes by the minute.
