Australia’s Axify.ai Successfully Raises $1M in Capital to Fuel Growth and Innovation

Axify.AI 2 mins read

Sydney, Australia – October 9, 2024 – Axify.ai, a cutting edge Australian AI startup, has successfully completed its first capital raise, securing $1M in funding. Founded in 2023 by visionary Bianca Brady, Axify.ai is revolutionising the hospitality, service, and health industries with its market-leading AI booking assistant, Axi.

Proven Market Success

While many AI agents remain in the conceptual stage, Axify.ai's Axi is already making an impact. This advanced conversational AI is used by hospitality groups to manage calls and complete bookings with over 99% accuracy. By freeing up valuable staff time and eliminating missed calls, Axi significantly enhances revenue capture and operational efficiency.

Customer Success Story

Marcello Colosimo, CEO of Momento Hospitality Group, says, “Axi is a fantastic solution to a common problem in our industry. We used to have a reservation team and still missed a significant number of calls. At Sarino, one of our venues, we were missing 55 calls a week. Since we implemented  Axi, we haven’t missed a single one and this has definitely increased trade. All callers have the option to speak to a staff member, but this is happening less and less. Axi frees up our staff to provide all-important service in venue.”

Visionary Leadership

Axify.ai is driven by Bianca Brady, an MIT Data Science graduate and career hospitality professional. Her expertise and innovative approach are generating interest in the hospitality sector and beyond, both in Australia and the US.

AI for the Real World

Axify.ai's mission is to make AI accessible and practical for millions, from small businesses to large enterprises. By fine-tuning large language models for hospitality-specific contexts, Axi is more than just an answering machine - it's a true agent in handling customer inquiries, closing bookings, and more. Axi can support businesses across various industries, including accommodation, beauty salons, allied health, and professional services.

Simple Integration

Axify integrates seamlessly with any operational system, booking system, or calendar. Business owners don’t need to learn new systems; simply add a weblink to digital channels and redirect the phone. Axi will handle all customer inquiries, lead nurturing, and bookings directly in the operator’s  booking system or calendar.

Strong Market Potential

With the recent capital raise, Axify.ai is well positioned to expand its market presence. The technology is already making waves, and the team looks forward to future expansion in the US and APAC regions.
