Spiny Software is proud to announce that ChirpOMatic Australia,  the bird song recognition app, now covers every state and territory across the country. With the ability to identify 424 bird species, it is the most complete bird sound identification app in Australia. From Hobart to Cape York and the Blue Mountains to Karijini National Park, ChirpOMatic helps bird lovers everywhere.

Simple and Quick to Use

ChirpOMatic is designed for ease and speed, taking just three steps to identify a bird song:

  1. Open the app with a single tap
  2. Record the bird song for 10 seconds
  3. See the top matches or exact match displayed on your screen.

After identifying the bird, users can compare the recorded sound with a matching bird song and read a brief description along with tips for accurate identification. It’s fast, fun, and incredibly easy to use.
