This Christmas, Coles and Liquorland have sourced more than 400 Own Brand products and exclusive specialty drinks that are easy, affordable and bursting with flavour, helping Australians create magical moments with family and friends this summer entertaining and festive season.
From a range of fresh Australian produce and succulent hams, sweet Sicilian lemon puddings, rich Belgian chocolates and our Australian and international drops, Aussie tables will be effortlessly transformed to suit any holiday celebration.
Coles’ festive range includes a new selection of easy-to-prepare products including Reindeer Bao Buns filled with a medley of vegetables and mushrooms, a showstopping Rib Rack Crackling Pork Roast with rich mountain ash smoke, sweet pork flavour and delicious crackling in every portion, a modern mash-up of Coles Finest Christmas Fruit Mince Pie Flavoured Milk Chocolate Block filled with candied orange and festive spices, a fruity and fresh Bijou Terre de Providence Pinot Noir from France and an indulgent Luxury Sicilian Lemon Sponge Pudding with zesty lemon sauce, topped with a sprinkle of freeze-dried raspberries.
A recent survey of 8,000 Coles customers found of those celebrating Christmas, 23% are planning to cook and entertain even more at home this year compared to previous years[1]. As more people look to create restaurant-quality meals at home, the Coles and Liquorland Christmas line-up has everything customers need to celebrate the season from family gatherings to summer entertaining.
To start the festivities with a quick and easy crowd-pleaser, the Coles Finest Triple-Smoked Ham & Three Cheese Croquettes are packed with rich, smoky ham and three indulgent cheeses for a crispy, cheesy bite.
For the main attraction, Coles is catering to every taste and budget with mouth-watering centrepieces such as award-winning Coles Christmas hams in three levels of smoky perfection, sow stall-free and Australian-made, Coles Finest Free-Range RSPCA Turkey Roast from the Hunter Valley wrapped in streaky bacon with a fruity stuffing and for a plant-based option the Nature’s Kitchen Vegetable Wellington, is filled with mushroom, water chestnut and a medley of vegetables encased in a crispy hand-crafted pastry casing.
To finish with a delicious dessert, the Coles Finest Tropical Fruit Buche is a log cake with layers of light sponge, white chocolate and lime crunch, and a mango passionfruit compote with mango and pineapple cubes, all wrapped in a tropical fruit mousse, while the Coles Toffee, Date & Ginger Pudding offers a festive twist on a classic with the perfect blend of ginger, date and oozing toffee sauce.
Perfect for toasting to holiday cheer, Liquorland has hundreds of delicious drinks on offer, including the award-winning Clare Valley Riesling from The Crafty Punter with refreshing aromas of lime curd and sherbet, and the award-winning Ovation Brut Cuvée bursting with notes of French pastries, strawberries and lemon curd — adding a little extra sparkle to any celebration.

Coles Panettones are made using cage-free eggs and for the first time Coles has removed non-recyclable ribbons from its packaging.
Coles Gift Wrap is made from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper, and the Coles Festive Crackers are 100% plastic free, glitter free and made from FSC certified paper.
Coles Ambassador and Michelin-starred chef Curtis Stone said this year’s festive range had a delicious assortment of favourites with options to suit every celebration.
