FUJIFILM MicroChannel Acquires Small to Mid-Sized Business Practices of DXC Technology in Oceania

SYDNEY, October 1, 2024 – FUJIFILM MicroChannel Services Pty Ltd (FUJIFILM MicroChannel), an ERP and IT solutions provider in Oceania and a subsidiary of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. (FUJIFILM Business Innovation), has acquired the small to mid-sized Business (SMB) Practices of DXC Technology in Oceania (Australia, New Zealand and Fiji)*1. 

The acquired SMB practices encompass six solutions including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP Business One. The acquisition will strengthen FUJIFILM MicroChannel’s Oceania SMB business sales and implementation while fueling continued growth through the region. 

The acquired SMB practices of DXC Technology in Oceania are multi-award winning*2 business solutions recognised in the region as leaders in ERP systems with a strong reputation and track record of providing innovative solutions to their customers.  

The Oceania IT market is predicted to expand, driven by strong growth in small and mid-sized businesses and corporate divisions. This acquisition bolsters FUJIFILM MicroChannel’s ability to continue to provide superior solutions and services, meet growing market needs across the region, and empower customers on their digital transformation (DX) journey.
