Local Buyer Purchasers $6.75MIL Property in Ozone Project, Months Before Development is Due to Complete

Highland 2 mins read

Soon to be completed, the recent removal of the scaffolding has unveiled the Ozone Project as the most premier apartment development in Cronulla.

Testament to this, a three-bedroom apartment in the OZONE project has just sold for $6.75 million to a local buyer which comes just months ahead of the scheduled project completion date. With an apartment already having being been sold within the project for over $10million dollars earlier in the construction phase,  this is another milestone sale for development partners Leda Living, Rebel Property & More Human. Ozone has become Cronulla’s most prestigious and sought after residential project on offer.

Only a small selection of 2 & 3 bedroom apartments remaining for sale through Highland Group. An onsite display apartment has just been completed with Highland sales staff whisking prospective buyers through to inspect the quality finishes and inclusions and to see first-hand the amazing ocean views it offers. Buyers who are still looking to secure a slice of this coastal haven in the heart of Cronulla are encouraged to do so quickly – with more of the apartments expected to be snapped up before it’s completion date.

The OZONE project is a highlight of seasoned developers Leda Living, Rebel Property Group, Morehuman and pays homage to its coastal surrounds in the state-of-the-art finishes and craftsmanship that can be found throughout. Ozone features a collection of one, two and three bedroom residences across eight-levels of designer living, a bespoke product of its location with stunning views spanning from South Cronulla to North Cronulla and beyond.

The central Cronulla location being a definite draw card for buyers, CEO of Highland and lead agent on the recent sale in OZONE, David Highland was extremely pleased with the sale price secured for the 3 bedroom apartment. “A sale price close to $7million is great for the Cronulla area,” he explained. “And for it to be a local buyer is even better. It shows that there is a real strength in the Sutherland Shire for buyers with significant budget to spend on quality apartments and that we have stock currently available locally which is an incredible feat.”

The Highland team are no stranger to notable sales within the Shire. Currently holding the suburb record for a Burraneer waterfront at $22million and securing a $13million record breaking sale for a Cronulla penthouse apartment in early 2023, the team also broke a record within the OZONE project itself in 2020. That was $10.25million for the sub-penthouse which was the highest apartment sale in the Shire at the time.

Mr Highland continued: “our sales team are second-to-none when securing competitive results, particularly in high-end residential properties and apartments and we are lucky to have always tried to align ourselves with good quality developers”

As the project is fast approaching its completion, the Highland sales team, led by David Highland, Mitchell Wynn & Laura McKay are now holding hard-hat tours through the finished display apartment onsite at 5-9 Ozone Street in Cronulla.
