Bendigo’s Cliff Bourke (Sales) and Bruce Grubb (Parts) will travel to Sydney next month to compete as finalists in Hino Motor Sales Australia’s National Skills Contest.

Grubb, who works as a parts interpreter at Bendigo Truck Centre, will compete against rivals from around Australia in a competition attended by senior Hino representatives from Australia and Japan.

He will be joined by Bourke, a sales consultant, who is also a finalist for the first time.

The 2024 Skills Contest final is scheduled for 14th November and will be held following several months of intense competition with the winner in each category (Parts, Service and Sales) receiving a cash prize and an all-expenses paid trip to Japan.
