New 10:10 Be Well Podcast, sponsored by HCF, unlocks simple habits for better health

THURSDAY, 24 OCTOBER 2024: HCF, Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund, is excited to announce its sponsorship of the new 10:10 Be Well podcast, hosted by clinical nutritionist Sarah Di Lorenzo and journalist Sally Bowrey.

Launching Saturday, 26 October, the engaging podcast aims to empower Australians to take charge of their health and wellbeing through expert-led discussions on various health topics. Listeners can access the podcast on major platforms and explore related resources at HCF’s Health Agenda Hub.

The inaugural episode, “Mastering Your Mindset – Who Do You Want to Be?” features Ben Crowe, mindset coach of Australian tennis great Ash Barty, who shares transformative strategies for achieving personal purpose and fulfilment.

Following episodes delve into pressing issues like anxiety management, brain health, sleep quality and the importance of early childhood nutrition, featuring experts like Dr Fiona Kerr and Dr Nick Fuller.

Sarah Di Lorenzo, co-host of the podcast said the show offers a unique blend of relatability and expertise. “With Sally’s experience as a journalist and my clinical background, we aim to create a friendly and engaging environment for our listeners.
