Listener’s Choice voting is now underway and will remain open until October 10. This is a prime opportunity for fans to cast their votes and champion their favorite podcasts, making their voices heard in shaping this year’s winners.

The winners will be celebrated at the awards ceremony held at the Sofitel Sydney, Darling Harbour, recognising outstanding talent across 30 categories, including the prestigious Podcast of the Year and Best New Podcast.

Media personalities, and hosts of iHeart podcast The Buck Up, Kate Langbroek and Nath Valvo will be hosting the awards night November 21. Kate Langbroek said, “We are very excited to host the Logies of podcasts and celebrate everyone. Will try our best to stick to the script but if it’s anything like our podcast we’re in for a long night. Sorry everybody.”

Adam Shepherd, Editorial Lead of the Australian Podcast Awards, said: "Australia is not just a participant in the global podcast scene—we’re leading the way with some of the most innovative and compelling content out there. We’re excited to celebrate both the industry’s emerging and prestigious talent and recognise those shaping the future of audio storytelling."

Since their inception in 2016, the APAs have been dedicated to showcasing Australia’s exceptional podcast talent and content. Now in their eighth year, the awards continue to honor the most innovative and emerging voices in the industry across a range of categories.

Corey Layton, Head of Digital Audio at ARN’s iHeartPodcast Network Australia, said: "The podcasting landscape in Australia has exploded, with creators delivering bold, diverse, and original content that’s making waves internationally. This year’s awards are a testament to the incredible talent we have across the country."

This year’s shortlist features a range of impressive nominees, including The Churchill Collective, which captivates audiences with thought-provoking discussions on leadership and innovation; Concealed with Art Simone, highlighting the secret world of drag artistry; Unemployed and Afraid, offering relatable stories of career transitions; and Grave Matters, which dives into dark history and true crime.
