Queensland, Australia, 16 October 2024 - Vitalis Solutions, a leading provider of innovative digital ICT solutions with extensive healthcare experience, has announced a strategic partnership with Servita, a global leader in healthcare transformation services and technology solutions. The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), establishing a long-term collaboration to drive large-scale healthcare digital transformation projects in Queensland and Australia. This partnership underscores Vitalis' commitment to strengthening its capabilities and operational capacity by partnering with an industry leader in digital health transformation.

By joining forces, Vitalis and Servita aim to capitalise on their complementary strengths to secure and deliver key projects within the $10 billion Queensland Health Capital Expansion Program (QH CEP). This partnership is a key milestone for Vitalis as it expands its reach in the Australian healthcare market, meeting the increasing demands for leading-edge digital healthcare solutions.

Servita will be deploying significant international resources to Australia, complementing the skills already available in the marketplace and providing additional capacity for the digitalisation opportunities in the sector.

Additionally, Servita will be bringing its healthtech innovation expertise, building on its work with virtual wards, patient engagement, and the development and delivery of innovative health tech solutions across the globe.
