Attwood Marshall Lawyers announces exciting partnership with Coolangatta Surf Life Saving Club

Gold Coast – Attwood Marshall Lawyers, a leading community-minded law firm that practices in all areas of law, is proud to announce a new partnership with the Coolangatta Surf Life Saving Club. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to supporting the community.

Located across the road from each other, Attwood Marshall Lawyers, with over 75 years history of serving clients, and Coolangatta Surf Life Saving Club, with 65 years as a pillar of the beachside community at the heart of the Southern Gold Coast, share similar values and a commitment to helping people and changing their lives for the better.

The gold-level sponsorship from Attwood Marshall Lawyers will support Coolangatta Surf Life Saving Club and enable their volunteer lifesavers to purchase essential rescue equipment and provide crucial surf training and education.

“Our firm’s core values are integrity, understanding, and responsibility. We believe in helping people and changing their lives for the better, and we see a strong alignment between our values and the mission of the Coolangatta Surf Life Saving Club.”

“We are excited about this partnership and look forward to joining forces to support the community and enrich Coolangatta together,” said Jeff Garrett, Legal Practice Director at Attwood Marshall Lawyers.

Many of the lawyers at Attwood Marshall Lawyers are avid surfers, often catching waves during their lunch breaks, especially in the warmer months.

“Our families are deeply involved in the local surfing community, participating in Boardriders competitions and championing surf safety. Growing up in a coastal city like Coolangatta, the beach is woven into the fabric of our everyday lives, and we are passionate about giving back to the community that has given us so much,” said Mr. Garrett.

Deputy President of Coolangatta Surf Life Saving Club, Belinda Doman is the SLSC’s first and only female member to be awarded life membership. Ms. Doman said, “I joined Coolangatta Surf Life Saving Club as a Nipper and that whole time, Attwood Marshall Lawyers has been across the road from us, always supporting our Coolangatta community.”

“We have relied upon Attwood Marshall Lawyers as our solicitors for a number of years. We’re delighted to be partnering with a law firm whose shared values and long-standing support helps us to keep the Coolangatta community safe.”
