Rental Affordability Index exposes regional NSW rental crisis

A penetrating snapshot of rental affordability in regional NSW has laid bare the crisis that is reshaping the housing market and making life harder on people on low and moderate incomes. 

Journalists covering regional NSW are invited to join a strictly embargoed zoom briefing to unpack region-specific trends in rental affordability ahead of the release of the 2024 Rental Affordability Index. There will be time for questions after the briefing.
