The Recalibrate Gender Equity Awards 2024, taking place on the 20th of November at Crown Melbourne, will celebrate the individuals and organisations that are championing inclusion and equity across industries. Carla’s commitment extends to mentoring a remote intern, guiding her transition into a leadership role in Australia, showcasing how empowerment transcends borders and drives transformative success.
  2. Ren Zhang – Coles
    Ren Zhang celebrates cultural diversity through her acclaimed podcast, Have You Eaten, which explores the intersection of food, family, and culture. By sharing the stories of immigrant women, Ren fosters understanding and appreciation of cultural heritage while amplifying underrepresented voices within Australian society.
