Heidi’s career spans over 20 years across the public and private sectors, where she has led major projects in health, organisational safety, and regulatory reform. 

Known for her work in reshaping health and safety protocols within Queensland’s resources sector, Heidi has consistently demonstrated a talent for strategic leadership and an ability to implement transformative changes. 

Her experience extends to high-profile roles, including Deputy Director General of Regional Development, Manufacturing, and Water, and Corporate Services lead at the Sunshine Coast Council, where she oversaw critical operational and compliance areas.
