CIMIC’s Leighton Asia wins further M&E project for the Hong Kong Housing Authority

CIMIC Group company Leighton Asia has been awarded a mechanical and electrical works project for the Hong Kong Housing Authority.

The contract is awarded to Leighton Asia’s mechanical and electrical engineering arm, Pekko Engineers.

The contract comprises the mechanical and electrical works for three new residential blocks of 3,120 flats and associated buildings in Kai Tak District.

We are pleased to continue collaborating with the Housing Authority in support of the Government's efforts to address the city's housing demands.”

Leighton Asia Managing Director Brad Davey said: “We’ve secured seven projects with the Housing Authority in recent years to support public housing developments, delivering 13,600 residential flats across the city. Leveraging our comprehensive knowledge of the latest technologies and our ability to safely deliver complex projects, we’re proud to undertake this latest project.”
